PRODUCTS – Gateway
The Gateway is a web-based, management system that can be implemented by any organization as their main web portal for collaborative purposes. The Gateway has provided value to organizations that utilize a Quality Management System (QMS) to address the processes that surround the design, development, and delivery of product or services. The end goal would be for organizations to utilize the Gateway to obtain sufficient data to make informed decisions to continuously improve QMS.

The Gateway can be implemented for any organization with current capabilities, or the solution can be customized to meet any organization's specific needs. The solution can be hosted in a Data Center, and key functions can be disabled / enabled depending on organizational needs.

Gateway Portal consists of four components:
The Task Management System enables multiple, organizational business unit departments to send task requests to other departments, and track the tasks that are linked with specified target dates. Task performance can then be reviewed by Management through Capability Reports. Data is exportable to Excel, and PDF formats for Management to utilize data for reporting / presentation purposes.



The Document Control Center enables departments to store / retrieve documents. The DCC has also provided value for organizations that have participated in a certification process to achieve ISO 9001. Document upload / viewing privileges are strictly controlled by a centralized Quality Management Representative and as required by Department Managers with regards to specific Department documentation.

Organizational Blog can be utilized by all organizational employees to discuss topics that are of relevance and value to the organization. Discussion categories and topics are monitored by Blog Administrator to ensure discussions are in line with organizational core values.

Management Reports can be utilized by departments of various business units to upload weekly updates by Business Units. Reports can then be viewed by Executive Committee to review work effort, and review any red flags. Data is exportable to Excel, formats for Management to utilize data for reporting / presentation purposes.
